CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 

By ticking the box, you agree that the company ALTRO Management Consultants, s.r.o., CRN: 25682504, registered office at Ohradní 1424/2b, 140 00, Prague (hereinafter referred to as the ,,Administrator”) processes and stores your personal data contained in your CV in accordance with the Regulations 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the Council on 27 April 2016 on protection of natural persons in processing personal data. 

The extent, purpose and time of personal data processing 

The administrator will process and store your personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of a tender for the position in which you have shown interest and any other job offers. The consent applies to the transfer of your personal data to our client in a tender. The administrator will process and store your personal data in accordance with the above purpose for a period of 5 years from the day of provision of such data. Your personal data will be accessible to the administrator, its employees and possibly third parties – processors who provide appropriate guarantees and whose processing complies with all the GDPR requirements a who will adequately protect your rights and your personal data. 

Your rights related to your personal data protection Please note that you have the right to: withdraw consent at any time, request information about what personal data we are processing, request a clarification about personal data processing, request an access to this data and have them updated or corrected, request to delete this personal data, in case of doubt regarding compliance with the obligations related to the personal data processing, please contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
